All of our foundations are engineered specifically for the exact location of the Fort Worth house. Two soils samples are drilled and collected from under where the home's slab will rest. Structural engineers use these reports, along with the house plans to design a slab that will not fail. The engineers also perform pre-pour inspections to ensure that the construction of the slab is correct.
Structural engineers perform a “take-off” of the lumber requirements for the Fort Worth house. They collaborate with the framer so that both are on the same page. All work on the Fort Worth house is inspected by certified code compliance inspectors, even if the home is being built in an area that has no building code authority.

Based upon our initial discussions, we will provide a pre-construction cost sheet that reflects your desires and takes into account historical costs and current market cost trends as part of the home building process.
During construction, as you make changes in the home building process, the only cost that will change will be the cost of the item you changed. We will not capitalize on your home building process upgrades. We work on a fixed Construction Management Fee basis.
Periodically, you will receive a spreadsheet that compares the home building process original cost sheet to bid costs and actual invoices of the home building process. You will also be given a spreadsheet that lists all invoices and payment information. In addition, we will provide a copy of the bank account activity.
